Zoom Integration Guide
How to add, use, and remove the Daialog Zoom integration.
1. Adding the Zoom Integration
To connect Zoom to Daialog and auto-generate Zoom meeting links for your bookings:
- Log in to your Daialog account.
- Go to Settings or Integrations.
- Find the Zoom card and click "Connect Zoom."
- You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection.
- Sign in to Zoom (if needed) and approve the requested permissions.
- You will be redirected back to Daialog. Your Zoom account is now connected.
Once connected, Daialog can create Zoom meetings for your scheduled bookings and keep meeting links in sync.
2. Using the Zoom Integration
After connecting Zoom:
- Booking creation: When you create or schedule a booking, Daialog can automatically generate a Zoom meeting link.
- Meeting links: The Zoom link is added to the booking and shared with participants.
- Sidekick AI Notetaker: For supported plans, you can enable the AI notetaker to join Zoom meetings, record, and transcribe for interview documentation.
Zoom meetings are created using your connected Zoom account. You retain full control over your Zoom settings and recordings.
3. Removing the Zoom Integration
To disconnect Zoom from Daialog:
- Log in to your Daialog account.
- Go to Settings or Integrations.
- Find the Zoom card and click "Disconnect" or "Remove."
- Confirm that you want to disconnect Zoom.
After disconnecting, Daialog will no longer create Zoom meetings for new bookings. Existing bookings with Zoom links will keep their links, but new bookings will need a meeting link added manually or via another calendar provider.
You can also revoke Daialog's access from your Zoom account settings at zoom.us if needed.
